Contract review Thursday?
Needs replyHi! Could we move Thursday’s call to 14:00? I’ve marked up the contract and sent the changes over. Mostly small bits on the payment terms.
Hi Lena, 14:00 on Thursday works for me. I’ve moved our call and will go through your notes on the payment terms before then. Speak soon, Jay

Nothing goes out without your OK
Every automation chooses what happens to its work: save a draft, wait for your approval, or send on its own. Most people start with approvals and loosen the rules once they trust them.

Ask, and it looks it up
Press A from anywhere and ask about a thread, a meeting or a task. The assistant searches your mail, calendar, tasks and contacts and shows where each answer came from. It never sends mail.

Turn mail into next actions
Press Q to capture a task. Wispmail suggests the project, due date and related email, so your task inbox fills itself with things you can actually do.
One app.
Every part of your day.
A calmer inbox, from the first email.
- Reply, forward, compose
Reply all, Cc and Bcc, attachments and contact autocomplete. Everything you expect.
- Use AI with ⌘J
Jot a few notes and Wispmail writes the full reply in your voice.

a few answers.
What is Wispmail?
An AI workspace for your Cirrux account. It reads incoming mail, drafts replies, adds events to your calendar, writes digests and keeps your tasks, all in one place.
Do I need a Cirrux account?
Yes. Wispmail connects to your Cirrux mail and calendar with a secure sign-in. Sent mail and new events show up in Cirrux as usual.
Will it send email without asking?
Only if you set up an automation to send automatically. By default, drafts wait in Approvals for you to review, edit and approve.
Which AI models does it use?
Claude from Anthropic, or open-weight models hosted in the EU through Melious. You add your own API key and pick the model in Settings.
Is my data private?
Each account’s data is kept separate, and tokens and keys are encrypted at rest. Email content is treated as data: the AI is told never to follow instructions found inside a message.
Can I pause it?
Any time. Switch off a single automation, or pause all of them from Settings. Your mail and calendar keep working as normal.
Let your inbox
look after itself.
Connect your Cirrux account, add an AI key and create your first automation. It takes about five minutes.
